Developing autonomous robots and shaping the next frontier of AI
Austin, September 11, 2026 – Michael Aronzon is joining RobCo, a company developing autonomous industrial robotics powered by Physical AI to help address manufacturing labor shortages, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Michael will shape the company’s technology strategy and further develop its robotics and physical AI capabilities. His focus will include the development of RobCo’s first autonomous solution, Alfie, the integration of AI technologies into real production environments and the continued scaling of the company’s engineering and technology organization. This move follows RobCo’s recent $100 million funding round which is being used to advance its Physical AI roadmap, expand enterprise deployments and deepen its presence in the U.S. market.

Aronzon brings extensive experience across engineering, product, hardware and technology leadership. As SVP of Engineering at Miro, he gained experience operating and delivering at scale and driving organizational transformation. Previously, as CPTO at Upchain, Aronzon worked on product lifecycle management.
