4.8.2026

New executive role strengthens RobCo’s ability to deliver complex industrial automation at scale as the company expands Alfie, Embedded Robotics, and Integrated Solutions across the U.S. and Europe

Munich, August 4, 2026RobCo, a company developing autonomous industrial robotics powered by Physical AI to help address manufacturing labor shortages, announced the appointment of Nitin Gupta as President, Chief Solutions & Delivery Officer. In this newly created role, Gupta will lead RobCo’s global Solutions & Delivery organization, building the operating model and execution capabilities required to deliver complex industrial automation consistently across customers, markets and solution types.

The appointment comes as RobCo enters its next stage of growth following its recent $100 million Series C funding round, continued expansion in the United States, and the introduction of Alfie. As the company broadens its portfolio across Alfie, Embedded Robotics, and Integrated Solutions, it is strengthening its delivery organization to support growing customer demand, increasingly complex deployments, and continued international expansion.

RobCo’s solutions enable manufacturers to automate a wide range of industrial workflows. Its Integrated Solutions business delivers turnkey automation for applications such as machine tending, palletizing, materials handling, dispensing and welding. With Alfie, RobCo is expanding into autonomous industrial robotics designed to handle variability in real production environments, while Embedded Robotics enables partners and industrial companies to integrate RobCo’s robotics technology directly into their own products and solutions.

Nitin brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across Silicon Valley and Europe, helping technology companies scale operations, customer delivery, and go-to-market organizations. His background spans executive leadership, operations, customer success and cross-functional execution, with deep experience supporting companies through periods of rapid growth across global markets.

“Nitin joins RobCo at an important moment,” says Roman Hölzl, CEO and Co-Founder of RobCo. “We have proven that our technology can solve real problems in production. Now we’re scaling delivery with the same level of ambition and discipline across markets, customers, and solution types. Nitin brings the operating experience we need to build the systems and execution capacity required for RobCo’s next stage of growth.”

"RobCo has already demonstrated that its technology creates real value in industrial environments," says Nitin Gupta, President, Chief Solutions & Delivery Officer at RobCo. "The opportunity now is to build the organization and operating model that enables us to deliver that value consistently across customers, partners, and international markets. My focus will be on creating scalable delivery processes that allow RobCo to continue growing while maintaining a high-quality customer experience."
